Fluorescent magnetic particle inspection services are offered for inspection of forging, casting and machined aerospace components. The stationary bench type equipment has got maximum capacity of 2000 amperes HWDC and AC option with 8 inches diameter coil.

The system meets the requirements of ASTM E1444 and MIL-STD-1907.

MPI system is maintained strictly as per the quality control frequencies required by ASTM E1444 and the specifications of the most of the aerospace engine primes.

The technique sheets are prepared and approved by certified NAS410 Level III

The MPI system is also in line with NADCAP requirements
